Your agreement
These Terms govern access to Loop at uploadingloop.com. By creating an account, using a workspace, or uploading through a Loop request, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Loop for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
The service
Loop helps users create document checklists, share secure recipient links, collect files, review submissions, send follow-ups, and download completed request documents. Features may evolve as we improve the product.
Recipient links provide access to a specific request without requiring an account. They are not public links, and anyone who receives one must protect it from unauthorised access.
Accounts and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, actions taken through your account, and promptly notifying us of suspected compromise. One person may use Loop without representing a business or team.
Workspace users decide what information to request, who receives a request, how submitted documents are reviewed, and how long the information should be retained. You must have authority and a lawful basis to collect and process recipient information and documents.
Acceptable use
You may not use Loop to break the law, violate another person’s rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, overload the service, send deceptive or unsolicited messages, or collect information you are not authorised to receive.
Do not request highly sensitive documents unless they are necessary for a legitimate purpose and you can apply the safeguards required by law. We may restrict uploads, sending volume, or access when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
Your content
You and your recipients retain ownership of information and documents submitted to Loop. You grant us a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, display, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to Loop. We do not claim ownership of it and do not use uploaded documents for advertising.
Availability and third parties
Loop relies on third-party infrastructure, including hosting, database, storage, scheduling, and email providers. Temporary interruptions, delayed email delivery, maintenance, or feature changes may occur.
We aim to operate Loop carefully, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. You should maintain any independent records or backups required for your work and verify time-sensitive submissions rather than relying solely on automated reminders.
Fees, suspension, and termination
Some features may be free during early access and paid plans may be introduced later. Any price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be shown before a charge is made.
You may stop using Loop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment of future fees, or conduct that harms the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export data.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Loop is provided without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by content, recipient conduct, unauthorised link sharing, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Loop during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, legal, or commercial changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Applicable law governs these Terms. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith so we can try to resolve it informally.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@uploadingloop.com.
